Until that special day arrives, I'm enjoying my kittenhood in a small, home-based cattery where individual attention, gentle handling, and daily interaction are part of my upbringing. I've already learned to use my litter box and scratching posts, and I enjoy the entertaining challenges of interactive toys during playtime. When the weather is warm, kittens in our cattery can also spend time in specially equipped outdoor enclosures, safely experiencing fresh air and the interesting sights of nature. I've been raised around adults, including my breeder's grown children, in a household without dogs, so young children and canine companions would be new experiences for me. With thoughtful introductions and a patient family, I can gradually become familiar with different surroundings and routines. My breeder, Lily, has spent 9 years developing her experience and caring for kittens through her WCF registered cattery. Some breeding parents have undergone genetic testing for HCM, PKDef, and SMA, with clear results.
