To be eligible for review under the Health Guarantee, an Initial Veterinary Examination Report completed within 72 hours of receiving your kitten is required.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee eligibility or approval. Once all required documentation has been received, our Claims Team will review your submission in accordance with the terms of your Health Guarantee or Protection Plan and notify you of the outcome.
